Problem Note 56857: Poor performance from Advanced Logging
When you use Advanced Logging on multi-user servers (SAS® Metadata Server, SAS® Federation Server, SAS® Data Management Server, SAS® Stored Process Server, or SAS Object Spawner) and you specify the MaxFileSize parameter, the actual output is one-third of the specified size.
This is most likely to occur in a Unicode SAS® session. The rolling file appender is not generating data at the expected size.
